indeed! - the food police are still around - the big one used to be salt (possibly causing hypertension) - now it's sugar - diabetes mellitus - the type two stuff - blood sugar's, obesity and that type of thing - a good friend of mine has type one - need's to inject 4/5 times a day - he was born with it - good health to all! - i savaged corned beef, cabbage (a mixture of york and savoy done by own fair hand) - plus a mountain of spuds! - gotta release me belt - haha!

haha HGT - if there is a volcanic eruption in the dublin area henceforth - look no further! - Mike - that '5 a day' stuff is pure nonsense i believe! - i'm sure you know! - does a big orange count as 2?! - my body is no temple for sure but it still work's thankfully! - i have a liking for walnut's, brazil's, chia seed's, sunflower seed's and other type's of thing's - i guess what is good for the goose mighn't be good for the gander! - one's body remain's a deep interesting mystery!

I've just got back with my own which I have to bake (fish), and so just begun on this, but check out the trippy elongated skull which you presumably ate just above the chip at the very bottom of the 1st (food) piccie

heehee! - round one - nibblie's today were Brazil nut's, walnut's, sunflower, pumpkin seed's and chia seed's - whilst cooking a 'brown stew' (mightn't sound too appetising but lovely - haha!) - shin beef and the work's - slow cooked! - gotta feeling mama nature might be in touch at witching hour!

lot of the burrito's on the go! avec le salsa - done it yesterday so it's just a question of wrapping them duke's up into the oven - squeeze of lime juice!

'brown stew' on the go - shin of beef, carrot's, onion's, celery, parsnip, pearl of barley/dried split peas homemade stock from leftover chicken bones - in a slow cooker overnight - steamed spuds to mop it up! - need's dressing up now!
