I did not insert any images into the post above.
Please tell me this is some kind of a joke.
Has my web address been compromised?

...end quote...

Either the websites been hacked or the server has ~ my post below yours doesn't show up on my phone in mobile-view, it only shows if I switch to desktop view. Also in mobile that unexplained pic in your post doesn't appear, but Mikes pics do, again, when I switch to desktop it appears.

[Edit]

Notice the picture names are the same prefix as the pics in Mikes post. Perhaps the recent hardware install that had the forum down not long ago has a config. glitch (?)

Stitched into one of VG's posts. And there was no box to reply post into. When I returned to the post a few minutes later all was normal again.
I've also noticed the auto-censure for swearing seems to be kicking in on some posts.

Yes we have that in common too

POT POUNDER here.
I cut back this past year by way of poison, but expect to make a full "recovery" soon enough.

At VG:

No need to panic, these Freeforums go raga now and then and last night it would not let me past your post.
So I got pissed off and came in by way of quoting Starformation then removing the quote.
How you got swept in not sure.
Sorry that happened

No WONDER I got annoyed!@!@!

edit: Because I assumed it was a Freeforum-wide thing and not Hawkwind-specific

It was 77 F here yesterday and it's killing me.
It is supposed to push 80 today.
I have already been running the AC to combat the neighbor below's (suspected) heat floating up to me-because, for me, the only thing worse than heat and bright, glaring, ozone depleted sunlight, is man's artificial STIFLING heat.
Humans are so silly, and, chilly creatures!! :)

It's 7°C here in London - and I have the windows open to let in some air! :)

I hate stuffy central heating myself.

Oh Hi again, I just came back to delete but thanks for the backup.
On this note I noticed when we got the heater replaced at my mom's home in the 90's, it would make my body SQUIRM, especially if I had been awake for a week :), but the one we had all my life prior did not.
Seems now they all have this effect on me and I always wonder the science of it.

ps-At my age now, morning (which it now is), is BRUTAL, HORRIFIC and TERROR-DRIVEN (waking up), which I just have.

Trying to cope and will listen to provided music as soon as the unholy horror gives way a bit :)

I know what it's like waking up with the horrors. I had a pretty rough coming-into-consciousness this morning myself (though I've had far worse so can't complain) - it's afternoon here now and I'm just about 'getting my **** together'. Listening to Yat-Kha's Yenesei-Punk is certainly re-vibrating my neurons very nicely.
