No real need to leave a comment, pretty much a take it or leave it situation. I personally did purchase the said cd with the intention of putting it into the public domain, as, the general word on the street was that the artists were not going to be paid, and some people were not going to buy it on principle, which is fair 'nuff.
I've removed the link, as, there was one thing that i did not think of, there may be a risk that this forum may get into some kind of trouble, the file remains on the server, but, has now been made private.

I think the problem here is a lack of transparency about the royalty agreement between Easy Action and EMI, along with concerns about the sound quality.
Torrenting a release or listing it on here pretty much guarantees the artists get bugger all for it.
The best thing to have happened would have been for everything to have been properly agreed before it went to release, but it seems Easy Action didn't want to wait.
