Forty years, and a timeless classic. It's always good to hear it on the radio - Rock Radio play it sometimes, though I wish they'd realise Hawkwind have written one or two other songs as well.
Even after forty years I still remember my mum at the time, thinking it was `sewing machine.' I said "What? It flies sideways through time? Does yours do that mum?"
