seeing it is writen as to say for this year thought a hawkfest would be the ultimate celibration of life and as it says WHOT A GOOD WAY TO GO maybe a few songs to celibrate this occasion in the theme of it would be a pisser if we did not take this oppertunity to do so and it did. its beenwriten

So long as we're not camping in a field on December 21st  It seems from Twitter HawkfestHQ that they're still considering having one in 2012... eg, "Trying to find a date that is good for everyone. Have to look at sites in suffolk and Yorkshire this week" was tweeted on 8 Feb. I suppose, really, they only need to find a date that's OK for 1,000 fans... not a date that's OK for everyone? The latter scenario would be impossible at this late stage.

Well as long as it doesn't clash with Beautiful Days fest as I have tickets for that already and I believe I'm not the only one.
Actually I've seen Dave (and a couple other Hawkwind band members) there a couple of times on top of the year Hawkwind played, it's in Devon just near where he lives.

Er... Leamington again? I really enjoyed my last two visits there, and getting totally blitzed in the outside smoking area at TJ's (the hotel where I stayed both times).
