OK. So Crazy Horse has finally got his from PlasticArse. You lucky blighter. After phoning Matt at PlasticArse on Thursday 17th May and being told that both ltd cd and vinyl had been despatched on Monday 14th May, I am still flipping waiting. I went to Birmingham on Saturday to see Black Sabbath and whilst waiting for the train home on Sunday I popped into HMV in the Bullring and scored a cd copy of Onward for the paultry sum of 10, yes, 10 of your English pounds. If my copies are not with me by tomorrow I shall be demanding my money back from PlasticArse.

My copy will be here in Canada this Friday. It's an import from the UK and is the 2 cd version. No complaints here.

About flipping time!!! My ltd cd and vinyl turned up yesterday from PlasticArse. I had been told that it had been despatched on 14 May. It turns up yesterday by courier (company unknown as it was delivered to girlfriends work address) with a label on it saying 'NEXT DAY'. Someone is lying but it doesn't matter because PlasticArse will NEVER get any more business from me.
Oh and by the way Crazy Horse, Sabbath were immense!!!! Completely rocked the roof off.

glad to hear sabbath were brill ,i was lucky enough to see em with ozzy once before they broke up .Anyway "SPASTICHEAD" wont be getting anymore of my dosh either ,but my feelings about the matter aint changed ,i bought the album from them because it was up on this site ,and like i said before in no way is it anything to do with the band ,but with it being on their site it does reflect on them ,im still wondering if the band know about this fiasco ,and if it was a cock up by the pressing plant then why werent we told that ,to be left alone in the dark and fed shit like mushrooms is a disgrace,i paid for the album up front and paid top dollar ,and for that i expect some respect

Surprising how much difference little things like this can make. Jts is right - The above method does work, as I finally received a full refund from a nice person called Andy at PlasticCase. A bit too late though and certainly nowhere near enough confidence to use them again.

...........yes i used the order number and asked in a civilised manner as to the wherabouts of my purchase ,and it got me nowhere ,out of five emails i got one reply and that was bullshit ,so where does that leave us ,im afraid only money talks,,and "bye bye SPASTICHEAD RECORDS FOREVER"

Yes. I quoted my order number in all email correspondence and also quoted it on the two times I telephoned them. Polite emails and polite telephone conversations because ranting and raving gets you nowhere.

Surprising how much difference little things like this can make. wayhay, Hawkwind fans are always polite Generally, I like to keep the big guns (the C word and the F word) in reserve, for any 4th or 5th chaser. Never had to resort to them yet. And as for the real kaboom stuff, eg "burn your house down," well, it's best not to type stuff like that on the internet these days. (Unless you're using a proxy server and a temporary hotmail account, I suppose.)

rang plastichead today - got a very nice reply - apparently my ltd cd and vinyl only got dispatched on monday so it seems arrival is imminent - won't hear it before the gigs but wouldn't have had the time to do it justice anyway so just glad to hear they're en route - exciting times indeed
