can anyone help me out ,,i love the NIK TURNER album XITINTODAY ,and i know it was re-recorded using the original pyramid tapes ,but can anyone tell me what that second recording was called ,i wouldbe grateful ,THANKS IN ADVANCE

The vinyl contains the original album and flute recordings. The reissue CD contains an extra track of flute recordings called Pyramidaflutenik. Then the whole thing/concept was remade (which I think is what your talking about as second recording??) as just Sphynx, Nik Turner. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sphynx-Nik-Turner/dp/B000001JNE/ref=ntt_mus_dp_dpt_8The original is my favorite, but I do like the remade version. I also have some bootleg of pyramid flute recordings, somewhere, which I believe was the raw recording inside the pyramid, before Nik Turner gave them to Steve Hillage to be cleaned.
