Having read all the objections i just hope all those people feel really STUPID and thats polite because thet are so narrow minded it is quite frankly very sad that people can be like that :x :x

LOL! I like this concern posted on page 5 of the objections link: Is this how the Island wants to appear to the rest of Britain - a great place to get wasted?

Well economically speaking - there is a market niche that is very profitable in being a great place to be wasted - look at the success of Amsterdam, Berlin etc. I think the IoW should strongly consider attracting the "wasted tourist" - an economic boom - all it needs is a loosening of the laws......

When I win the lottery, I shall open a coffeeshop in Freshwater called "The Wasted Tourist", just to wind up the local nimbies!
