Has anyone on here got the two albums SHAGRAT - Lone Star and Larry Wallis - Death in the Guitar afternoon? If so did you get them from the citykids link off Larry's website?
I ask as I ordered both on a deal of the two for £12 and have not had anything from them nor any response in my chase up e mails.
Just asking before I start to chase it up officially.

Hi - acquired both of these some time ago. Got Guitarfternoon in 2004 - I know this 'cos Larry signed and dated the CD to me. Got Lone Star in a deal with Steve Took's Horns some time later, but again direct. All arrived very quickly - I recall being very impressed with the service.
So, it seems a little curious that you've heard nothing, even with follow up emails. I wonder if Larry is busy elsewhere at the moment - I gained the impression that he personally dealt with the despatch of the CDs. Other than that, perhaps it's worth emailing again. Have you paid for them yet? Has your card been charged - many people don't charge a card until the goods are despatched? Other than the possibility of not being sent, they could be lurking somewhere in the postal system of course.....

Yep I had paid for them through Paypal. Had no reply to chase up email but as soon as I lodged a claim with Paypal I had a response and my money back. Sadly the Shagrat album is no longer available so I was given a full refund. Guess I'll be trawling the likes of e bay now.
