Talk of getting Bob's poetry and plays out into the public domain via 'The Robert Calvert Anthology' is a great thing, but such was the talent of the man wouldn't a CD anthology of his best music moments also be a good thing to have?

I am sure UA/EMI etc must have enough material for a 2 CD set, without including Hawkwind tracks.

What would be on YOUR 'Best of Bob' compilation?

the mighty Robert's sense of humour mixed with his lyrical genius was intriguing and so rare - Moonshine In The Mountain's was a howl! - the great MM on the banjo if memory serves - he painted a picture! - never got to see him live unfortunately

I was very fortunate to see him live several times (yes I am old :D ) and the highlight for me was the performance of highrise prior to the release of PXR5, it totally and utterly blew me away.
