Phil is a Hawkwind fan so his taste in music is exquisite.
He is an amazing guitarist.
Good luck Phil.

Indeed he is. He still has a programme that Lemmy signed for him when he saw Hawkwind when he was 12. Little did he know then he'd be playing guitar along side him for over 31 years.

New single for upcoming solo album

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmojSNi6mKM

The theme is similar to Motorhead's "Dirty Love" song:

There's a video on YouTube that says he played with Hawkwind at Hawkeaster last weekend. Is that so?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HxUBZ9VWetU

That 2-min clip is such god-awful quality that it's impossible to tell, in my not-at-all-humble opinion!

He said this is not his new single. It is April's fool. His single would be something different.

Looking through all that's been posted so far, I see no reason to treat this thread with any credibility whatsoever. Convince me, guys :)

And (BTW) I never click on a youtube link unless I'm told beforehand what the contents are. Whenever I post an external link, I always describe what the link is for, and/or what it's gonna show. I wish other folks would do the same.

Fair point on identifying links, Graham.

I , on the other hand, rather enjoyed Persian Risk - Calling For You ~ the production sounded second-rate, and yet, not too surprisingly it turns out to be one of the things I find extremely appealing about it. I expect the price of a single copy to one day fetch over two thousand dollars on the collectors market ~.that's just a hunch but we'll see what happens!

looks like it is well on its way ~
I found no copies for sale today but one collector lists on a blogspot the single at market value of $198.00 CAD
( $ 150.00 USD \ £115.5 GBP)
