Just wondered if there had been any word as to if this will happen, presumably at Seaton again?

the land-lady at the place in Seaton holds the rooms for us till Xmas, at which point she needs a deposit, so it would be handy to know.

The only reference I can find to 2017 is the Axe Vale camping site, where, on their front page, they are advising folk to 'book their 2017 Hawkeaster accomodation now'

http://www.axevale.co.uk/

Encouraging, but, as the band themselves say, don't believe any gigs/shows until confirmed by the band.

If hawkwind read this, or anyone else knows anything, be very grateful to receive info

many thanks
PW

I've asked on facebook a couple of times, but had no real response, But nobody has actually said 'no'.

We are anxious to know not just for booking accommodation but also booking time from w*rk.... :)

Hoping for info....... :)

My question as well, any news as I would like to book my ferry as soon as I can after Xmas. The sooner I book the less it costs, especially a bank holiday weekend like easter.

I see tickets for Hawkeaster 2016 were available from 2nd October last year, checking the latest news section on mission control.
Good news is the Gateway ain't got anything else booked for Easter!.....yet!
maybe I will give Gateway a ring and see if I can get anything out of them.

I would like to go, but understand if Hawkwind decide not to....nothing lasts forever, but don't want to lose me room in Seaton if it is happening.
So, just need to know one way or the other....

The tickets went on sale last year much earlier than for previous Hawkeasters.

We've already got a deposit on a caravan and might end up in Seaton no matter what happens, but could do with knowing for sure whether Hawkeaster 2017 is happening.

Have done a bit more research and digging around on this one.
Bottom line is it all looks very promising for a HawkEaster return to Seaton, although there would appear to be a few i's to dot and t's to cross. Hopefully not too far away before it is in announcable form.
Looking good, fingers crossed!

Finger crossed as well.

And Hawkwind playing in Brock Hall just has to happen at least once.

Is there any chance of an update that confirms that Hawkeaster is being considered or not this year?

I know that my regular b&b (The Mariners) has block booked for regular hawkfans as I dropped them a line to provisionally book. They're waiting for the heads up.

Well there appears to be a few going to Seaton anyway, so we have booked a caravan again. If HW turn up it will be a bonus!
