What gets your vote, or really bugs you on the box at the moment.? Currently I"m watching the re-runs of Absolutely Fabulous + Fawlty Towers, which are classics, but also watched the other night "East is East", a film recommended by someone, and its great comedy [set in Bolton, or somewhere the other side of the pennines]. What bugs me is the sub-standard. annoying commercials inbetween. For instance, why is everyone on furniture adverts walking round with beaming smiles? No one on this earth walks round DFS with massive grins! they just wanna go bloody home. Then there"s Barry Scott with Cillit Bang, who thinks we"re all tone deaf, and of course "You know the score, you buy-one, you get one free". Why the hell hasn"t some decent citizen strangled him, or thrown him of a cliff face. Bring back the good adverts[or have the PC brigade just banned them, because they"re great, and humourous, and in touch with normal people... Oh also like Jeremy Kyle, cos just about everyone who comes on is deranged.

In the words of the late, great Bill Hicks: "Anyone in here tonight work in marketing or advertising? Go kill yourselves"

What a rip-off. £12 just to join the channel, then £5 per viewing after that. Not that I"d know, its what people have told me of course. Come back the flake girl from the 70"s.

Nah, not keen either, but do like Jamie Oliver with his exploits around the world. He reminds me of a culinary michael Palin [if that makes sense]

Good stuff:
Father Ted re-runs (best TV prog EVER! Never tire of watching them again and again) Curb Your Enthusiasm Peep Show Family Guy
Annoyances: X Factor Strictly Come Dancing The One Show (Feckin' pointless!)
Barry Scott is a cult hero (at least I think that's how you spell it!)
